'Gryphis' is one of five 43 foot cruiser/racers designed and built by Morgan Giles of Teignmouth at the end of the 1950's for the UK Joint Services.

Her current owner also owns two of the other boats, 'Leopard' and 'Petrel'. He intends to form a Charter Company that will operate all three to offer people a classic cruiser/racer charter option.

We have put all the deck fittings on 'Gryphis' along with a few minor repairs so that she could be re-launched. She had previously been ashore for a very long time while her previous owner carried out an extensive rebuild to her upper works. The standard of his workmanship was outstanding, she is truly a beautiful yacht.
